my heart is made of
quantum time particles
life itself whispers
-remember the
golden thread of connection
weave it back into the fabric of time
recreate jacquard moments
souls unravel from the cocoon
recalls the way of the silkworm
we are all intertwined
I spin lustrous thread
until it fills the sky
time to throw the loom shuttle
row by row
wrap and weft combine
liquid fabric drapes on shoulders
my soul wants sing
with the choir of emotions
whom beckons me
memory of you pushes me forward
no going back in this dimension
in this shimmery place
we know
what must be done
what to say
how to listen
remember what is buried deep inside
the priceless treasure
a lustrous pearl of self
moonbeams dance on its nacre
continuous colors swirls into my thoughts
starlight reflections beckons our respective returns
still …
I want our fingertips to touch
I want to dance on top of rainbows
I want to hug you one more time
may we stay until daybreak
when the sun warms my lids

Can you guess what this is a photograph of?
This image was 1st used as a background to meet a guest editor for the Heterodox Haiku Journal. I am one of many for this special publication.
More than honored to be a part of the curators for an upcoming anthology.
Thank you to Jerome Berglund for having me on board!

Gorgeous! ⭐️
So incredibly moving, Marjorie. This one pulled me right in to the weave of your intertwined connection and with those last lines, the yearning for want of the physical touch and hug again. The tears are flowing in the familiarity of that yearn. Just beautiful....the golden thread of connection. 💜✨🙌🌈🤗
