As many of you know I enjoy short form poetry, prompts, and the collaborative process of split sequence and rengay.
My favorite drawing prompts are the creations of Josiah, aka Luke Brannon
He hit the 100th milestone last week, of course I had to clone his snail 100x, an ode to the Haiku Master, Issa

I always look forward to “Completing the Haiga”. Each drawing gets me thinking in a new or unexpected direction. They can get me unstuck, make me smile, and so much more. His whimsical etherral line work is deceptively simple. It allows for so many interpretations. People worldwide participate with haiku, senryu, tanka, or monoku.
You may have noticed I did not use the 5/7/5 syllable count for my haiku. I tend to write in a more modern style.
