One of the things people said after we lost him that I have held onto most is the comment that ‘we honour Dom most by keeping our hearts and eyes open.’ I’ve learned that it is the best way to honour myself, because, in the ‘noticing’ there is some sort of reverence for everything that my loss has changed within me, the sad and the good. I always feel this sense in your work Majorie…the slowing down, the observing, the seeing beyond the thing itself. You offer us a space of reflection and calm and I love it 🥰
I really started this practice during lockdown big time - taking pictures while out walking Beau. The most random things inspire my poems. Many times I see signs from Alyssa, especially in the clouds.
Love this, Marjorie!
Thank you!

Beautiful ⛅️ Mine is the sun shining…I always wave when it comes out for the first time and say ‘hello son’ ♥️
Love these! So good! Crazy how a photo, seemingly random image, can influence and inspire impactful words. Blessings, ~Wendy💜
Thank you so much Wendy, also a great reminder to myself. It made me laugh as well. Being present is a good thing. 🥰
